- Mosey the really long way to the bottom of the stairs.
PAX started at the bottom of the hill and did 1 Hand Release Merkin, Bear Crawl up the hill, top of hill 19 Hillbilly Walkers (each side until PAX got to 15 then single count), Crab walk down the stairs. Rinse and repeat but add 1 rep at the bottom and subtract 1 rep at the top. Also to mix it up a bit PAX alternated Bear Crawl and Crawl Bears going up the hill.

- Hold Plank until recovery time.
Took the PAX on a longer than usual mosey this morning to get the blood flowing before ascending the hill on all fours. The quietness that struck the PAX about halfway through the mosey had YHC seriously considering if anyone was still following him. Had some first timers for the crawl bears this morning, they were not disappointed. After some discussion it was decided that Wapner will be our next Mayor.
