Warm Up: SSH, Mountain Climbers, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, Circle Burp, Circle Merkin
Thang 1: Bear Crawl Merkins across the parking lot.
Thang 2: Round 1 – 1 min AMRAP for each exercise. Round 2 – add one to your last number, then as fast as you can, run up the hill between exercises. Exercises are Hand Release Merkins, Lt Dans, Flutter Kicks, Carolina Dry Docks, WW1s.
Thang 3: Partner up for Wheelbarrow Races. Up the hill, exercise, down the hill. Rinse/Repeat with different exercise. Exercises are 50 LBCs, 50 Overhead Claps, 50 Squats, 20 Burpees.
