Warm-up: SSH, LBC’s, Grass Grabbers, Seal Claps IC, Leg and Arm Stretches OYO

Thang:
100 Derkins in sets of 10. P1 held a high plank on the block while P2 did a set of 10. Flip flop until 100 Reps are completed.

Mosey with Blocks to the shelter.
200 Bulgarian Split Squats. P1 attempted to hold an L-sit between their 2 blocks while P2 completed the BSS in sets of 20. Flip Flop until 200 Reps are completed.

Mosey to bottom of stairs.
300 Chainsaw Pulls. P1 on theirs six in a 6″ leg hold with their block pressed. P2 completed 30 Pulls and flip flop until 300 total.

Mosey back to the flags.

Mini-Mary:
Hip Bridge x15 with Block and Flutter Kicks x30

Moleskin:  Mumblechatter was strong at first when the Black Block Challenge was rebuked, L-Sits were determined best left to elite gymnasts, and Bulgarian Split Squats were properly translated.  The round of 300 brought painful silence until a little Stephen Hawking inspiration wrapped things up.

I’m sure we’re all looking forward to some Q training on Monday!
