La La Leggy – 20 Squats, 20 Lunges each leg, 20 Drop Lunges each leg, 20 Jump Lunges, 20 Jump squats, 20 Calf raises.

THANG – Elevens 

Pax started at the shelter house and completed 10 WWII sit ups, Hillbilly Walkers to the Caboose,  1 Iron Cross, and then Hillbilly Walkers back.  Repeated the exercises adding / subtracting reps until Pax achieved 10 Iron Cross and 1 WWII Sit ups.

  • According to Piper, Leg Blasters x 3 (Debbie’s) followed by a round of La La Leggy, feels like “Sloppy Seconds.” 

A rather soggy start to the first Monday in March.  YHC had to call an audible and move the workout to the shelter house to get in out of the rain.  Went heavy on the legs and core today, which will result in soreness tomorrow.  Forget Dad Joke’s.  Jay-Z and Piper have taken the Yo’Momma battle to an extreme level.  Shots were fired back and forth this morning with no clear winner decided. Good amount of laughs and grunts this morning, which proves its more than just a workout.  Good time fellas.  Keep your winkie’s dry.
