Weather: ~43 degrees but windy so it felt cold

Warmup: SSH ICx10, Weed pickers IC x10, arm circles IC x10, overhead claps IC x10

Thang: Series of measured exercises to gather baseline data for each PAX for the purpose of seeing proof of progress! Each exercise was timed or had distance measured with 2 min break between. You versus you for as many reps, distance, or time you could muster…all with a block:

Kettle bell swings: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Curls: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Overhead block hold (AKA, Zamperini hold): total length of time holding position

Goblet squats: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Overhead press: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Farmer carry: total distance in meters covered carrying two blocks until you have to set them down

Block mericans: total number of reps completed in 2 min

8-count man makers: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Recover, recover

Moleskin: way to push this morning, men! Beefsteak set a new record for farmer carry distance, Beater set a new record for the Zamp hold, Khaki set a new record for curls, and the FNG (now known as Timmy) crushed it! Everyone got stronger. Kept our distance for COT and bumped elbows for the namo.
