Thang: Cardiovascular punishment.

10: 10 count body builders with side straddle hop

10: 10 navy seals
10: 4 ct flutter kicks

Moleskin: 10 count body builder is 2 merkins, 1 plank jack, and 1 side straddle hop. Navy seal burpee has 3 merkins, with a knee coming forward after merkin 1st and 2nd, after 3rd merkin complete a pickle pounder, then up into standing position. Please ask Jay-Z about the salute at the completion of the Navy Seal burpee. 200 Merkins and 80 burpees were completed by PAX, Stache is a beast so he completed at least one more round.
