Plenty of mumble this morning as the beat down suck factor continued mount. Yours truly threw in a couple exercises to improve lower back strength as my lower back continues to be cantankerous. If done properly, the superman’s and side leg lifts both were a surprise in the suck category. However, nothing compared to 20 T-bombs. It was suggested that the name be changed to something highly inappropriate involving the name of the QIC. The discussion post workout quickly changed to the viability of frosted soybeans and the fact that size does matter. We missed Wapner this morning but we tipped our hat to him as it was assumed he had been at home attempting to fertilize his M. His suggested Mothers Day comment yesterday apparently was a game changer. There’s always next year fellas! See you Wednesday
