- Deadlift to kettlebell swing
- Clean to squat and press (single count)
- Reverse lunge w/ Block Overhead (single count)
Circuit 2: 3 Rounds – 1 Minute on 30 Seconds Rest (18 minute total)
- Skull Crushers
Finisher: 2 Rounds 1 Minute on 1 Minute Off (4 minute total)

Moleskin: No waiting in cars until 2 minutes before. Warmer temps had us out and chatting early. We got into it and started pushing. Someone had shrimp tacos the night before and felt the need to self vent. Khaki was a bit argumentative and had everyone surly.
