Warm Up

Went Rucking: A lap around the Hill Campus. We stopped to run to the top of the hill, do 20 curls and run back down with the pack over our heads. We then did it again, but did 20 big boi situps at the top.

When we got out to Inlow park we did 5 Mericans and 20 squats with our packs on. Then headed back to the shovel flag. Near the shovel flag we did a 10 minute yoga/stretch session.

Moleskin: We set out rucking at a good pace – threw a few random things in while we went just to keep it interesting. The yoga at the end was a nice stretch. What I liked more than anything was coffeeteria afterwards. Felt good to just hang out, be outside, and relax.
