Long Mosey to the tennis courts
4 Corners Burpee Breakdown around the tennis courts, 10x each exercise round 1, reducing rep count by 2x with each lap (10x, 8x, 6x, 4x, 2x).
- Squat Thrusts
- Half Burpees
PAX got to run from corn to corner until the final lap around the court, where then you had to move from corn to corner with lateral plank moves.
4 Corner Merkin Variations. Started with 8x of each excercise, went down by 2x with each lap.

Mosey to the Flags

Thankfully the rain cleared out before the workout but it did leave us with wet pavement and deep puddles to dodge, leaving the PAX with a soggy drive home.
With QIC still being secluded to quarantine court, it made it challenging to hear the mumble chatter. Perhaps some of it will resurface in our group chat. A burpee filled morning seems to do that.
It sounded like the lateral plank walk around the tennis court was the least appreciated exercises of the morning. Must have been why some deviated to a sideways downward dog, sick opossum humping itself across the road move right out of the gate. We’ll have to ask the crossfitters what they call that move. They appear to be experts at those kind of modifications.
Overall though, PAX marched through the morning like men of F3 normally do. Excited for Wednesday.
