Signed up for the Q on Friday to make sure not to fartsack on day 5 of the tour of F3Indianapolis AOs. Was nice to get out and see how things are around the different locations but it may be awhile before it is attempted again. Pieces taken from each of the previous 4 workouts to make a Q, but definitely did not want to revisit the previous day’s sprints. I think Stache was certainly in agreement with that decision. Woke up to a note to get 2.1 out of bed and maybe by now he’s regretting that decision. Definitely a lot more running than he’s used to in today’s workout. All in all a good morning’s work with plenty of good cheer and good natured chatter directed at the Q, which is to be expected. One comment that the mist and generally moist air felt like splash back particularly stood out. Boucher’s girlfriend missed out on pickle pounders by just a few seconds…. maybe next time. Always good to Q and we’ll see everyone back out on Monday for the Murph!
