2 rounds of 10 pull ups each – other pax hold Al Gore for first round and do one squat for each pull up during the second round

Mosey to blocks, zamp carry to school

Partner 1 farmer carry to kickball diamond and back, Partner 2 does exercise – 50 thrusters and 50 skullcrushers

Zamp carry to put blocks away, mosey to parking lot hill

Partner 1 backpedal up hill, run down, Partner 2 rock curls to 100 total

Mosey to parking lot

Partner 1 lunge walk to next parking lot row and run back, Partner 2 shoulder tap merkins to 75 total

Partner 1 low shuffle to next row, run back, Partner 2 gas pumps to 75 total

Partner 1 sprints to first light pole while partner 2 rests, then switch, then Partner 1 sprints to second light pole while partner 2 rests, then switch

Recover, Recover

Moleskin: Really enjoyed the workout today. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood which made it go by quickly. Khaki was bothered by the Q’s choice of warm up reps (none ended in 0 or 5). Cornwallis took a moment to compare everyone’s block size. Khaki and Nomad provided mumble chatter by competing in just about everything. Thanks for coming out and getting after it.
