Thang: Team Stations

• Circuit Group 1: 2 Pax complete 10-8 count man-makers, then Team Carry Olympic Bar w/blocks (125 lbs), while 2 Pax do Block Pull Throughs until teammates arrive, swap, rinse and repeat.

• Circuit Group 2: 2 Pax complete 10 Team KB swings, then Team Carry Bat Hold (70 lbs), while 2 Pax do Block Mericans until teammates arrive, swap, rinse and repeat.

• Circuit Group 3: 2 Pax complete 10 Chest Presses, then Team Carry 2x4x8 w/blocks (85 lbs), while 2 Pax hold Zamperini until teammates arrive, swap, rinse and repeat.

Mary: Flutter Kicks, LBCs, Toe Touches, Side Planks IC

Moleskin: We had some fun running Team Circuits! The Men helped push each other while having a good conversation about life. Prayers for those spoken and those unspoken, but heard!
