In the Q’s time of working out with different groups of guys, spanning from the high school years to now as a young adult, I didn’t know that the soft rock of Eric Carmen could provide enough inspiration to summon the inner strength needed to flip a tractor tire. I think we all learned a little bit more about what fuels the fire for Bubblicious this morning… Not sure if it was the dejection of not partnering up PAX for today’s workout, or if it was nobody wanting to flip tires with him. Personally, I was afraid Bubblicious would roll the tire over on me with all of that brut strength.

Overall a great morning for a workout. PAX seemed motivated to power through the workout and mumble-chatter wasn’t too high. Looking forward to ending the week on a high note on Friday!
