5 Pax posted for a Yoga Gumby workout at the Pit.  To Q’s recollection, this was the first Gumby since at-home OYO workouts and the first at the Pit.  It was good to get back into the groove.

Mumblechatter was not ample, however Q choose to believe that Pax were concentrating on breathing and getting into the Zin of the backwoods area and getting back into nature.  Q was also impressed with the ability of the Pax to ‘get into it’ and push the stretch in their own way.

Nice work today men, Yoga Gumby seemed to fit all of you just fine. 

Keep pushing and keep getting better and more flexible and keep passing it along.
