PB: Wooly asked if anyone wanted to join prior to the Ruck. Wrigley tagged the channel and several of us HC’ed. One SC then changed to HC then had a good night and fartsacked.

Thang: Pyramid Scheme *note anything like mtn climbers, shoulder taps, flutter kicks are double count so you must do each leg to count as 1.

Legs:10 groiners, 20 squats, 30 mtn climbers, 40 high knees, 50 SSH, 40 high knees, 30 mtn climbers, 20 squats, 10 groiners

Run 400 meters

Arms: 10 burpees, 20 dips, 30 merkins, 40 shoulder taps, 50 Overhead claps, 40 shoulder taps, 30 mericans, 20 Dips, 10 burpees

Abs: 10 box cutters 10 Knee Slides, 20  bay city scissors, 30 American hammer, 40 flutter kids 50 Freddie Mercury, 40 flutter kicks, 30 American hammer, 20 bay city scissor, 10 box cutters 10 Knee Slides.
