Popeye laid out a full week’s worth of Frank & Beans making the Q responsibilities easy. Warmup brought out some serious gas and with leg raises and gas pumps ahead that spells danger. The prisoner Indian run made some wish diarrhea upon Humdinger. Q deflected responsibility onto Popeye for the suck that included crunchy frogs, 💯s, and other awful Mary exercises. Switch to the Bermuda Triangle designed to avoid cock and ass pen talk, but was not completely successful. It was approximately 4 laps before any cross fitter was seen doing anything remotely resembling exercise. Somewhere around then Bubblicious disappeared mysteriously with high probability of a Sparkle-like 10-29 situation. There was told tale of an emergency 10-29 relief behind the fence prior to a certain VQ, but the alleged perpetrator was not present to confirm or deny. Made it all the way to the ring of fire before there was any Jane talk. Come back for Part III of Frank & Beans on Friday.
