Continuation of Popeye’s Frank & Beans workout. Partner up and one partner runs the Bermuda Triangle and the other partner does exercises.

Popeye laid out a full week’s worth of Frank & Beans making the Q responsibilities easy. Warmup brought out some serious gas and with leg raises and gas pumps ahead that spells danger. The prisoner Indian run made some wish diarrhea upon Humdinger. Q deflected responsibility onto Popeye for the suck that included crunchy frogs, 💯s, and other awful Mary exercises. Switch to the Bermuda Triangle designed to avoid cock and ass pen talk, but was not completely successful. It was approximately 4 laps before any cross fitter was seen doing anything remotely resembling exercise. Somewhere around then Bubblicious disappeared mysteriously with high probability of a Sparkle-like 10-29 situation. There was told tale of an emergency 10-29 relief behind the fence prior to a certain VQ, but the alleged perpetrator was not present to confirm or deny.
