Mosey to Bob Sanders Drive

Thang:  Bob Sanders Jogging

Pax started at the west end of Bob Sanders Drive.  One Burpee then Bear Crawl to the 1st light pole.  At the 1st light pole 5 Absolution’s and run back to the start.  One Burpee and run to the 2nd pole where Pax completed 5 Merkins and then back to the start for one Burpee.  Run to the 3rd pole for 5 Squats and back to the start for one Burpee.  Run to the 4th pole for 5 Crunchy Frog and back to the start for one Burpee.  Run to the 5th pole for 5 Drop Lunges (each leg) and then back to the start for one Burpee.  Finally run to the stop sign for 5 Low Plank Forward Reach’s then back to the start.  R & R increasing the reps from 5 to 10.  Burpees stayed at one.

Moleskin:

Took the PAX down Bob Sanders Drive this morning for some back and forth running with a few exercises mixed in.  PAX logged approximately 2 miles today and Absolution’s still tear the heck out of your arms when performed on the pavement.   Good work put in by the PAX.  See you Wednesday.
