Mosey to the East/West leg of the Bermuda Triangle
Laid down railroad tracks (PAX low plank while runner hurdles PAX) toward the shelter house.
Once the train arrived at the North/South sidewalk we did 10 burpees and one lunge each leg
We hopped on the train and headed back to the street where we did 10 merkins and one groiner.
The train continued from station to station as the reps went down to 1 and up to 10 on each exercise.
Due to a longer than anticipated train route, we made it to 7 and 4 on each exercise.

QIC decided we hadn’t laid down train tracks in a while. After today, we won’t need to for quite some time. The length of the train route allowed for several things. Lots of mumble, lots of sore abs, and eventually lots of possums. A good word of advice was given. If while in low plank, you hear someone yell “ouch” its best to drop down to avoid being kicked. Mumble chatter quickly turned dirty as someone mentioned giving out handies, while another asked if he would remove his gloves first. One PAX in particular had trouble keeping his but down and was described as looking like the St Louis Arch. He responded that he was trying to turn it into a tunnel of love. At one point a female crossfitter walked through our tunnel of stink as we were doing our burpies. It was determined that she was sexier than Piper. A good workout and lots of laughs. Exactly what F3 is all about.
