Overhead press with light block x5 followed by Cusack (AKA Zamparini) just past first bump- Repeat 5 times, plank when done (OYO)

Deadlift to half hip hinge swing with heavy block x5 followed by Agassis to second bump– Repeat 5 times, plank when done (OYO)

Sumo squat with heavy block x5 followed by slowsey to first bump – Repeat 5 times, plank when done (OYO)

Moleskin: An obvious VQ as exemplified by difficulties in cadence, protocols, common F3 jargon, and blurry post workout picture. A better than average turnout in no small part due to VQ shoutout on Slack from Cornwallis. Mumblechatter was kept to a reasonable dull roar despite the Slack warning. The Pax reminded the Q that the Cusack is more well known as the Zamparini but the Q likes Cusack more given his penchant for Cameron Crowe movies. Announcement revolved around the August 9th Hizzly event. We prayed for America, my/State’s brother and sister in law with new baby, and the ability to get together with a good group of guys in fitness, fellowship, and faith.
