  • LBAC – Forward for 20 and reverse for 20

Mosey to far basketball court

Thang: #1 Bruce Lee

  • Hammers x 20
  • Leg Lifts x 20
  • LBC’s x 20
  • Heel Touches x 20
  • Crunchy Frog x 20
  • 100’s x 100
  • Until all PAX are finished do Forward Plank Reach / Plank / or just lay there.

Rinse and repeat x 5.

Mosey to the Happy Place

Thang: #2 ATM

PAX performed 3 ATM sets.  An ATM set consisted of 15 alternating shoulder touches from the plank position, followed by 10 tempo merkins, and finally 10 quick merkins.

Mosey to flag for Mary.

Mary: 

  • LBC’s IC x 20
  • Flutter Kicks IC x 20
  • ABC’s – OYO
  • Canoe / Boat – Holds for 30 seconds or so.

Moleskin:

YHC dug into the archives and whipped out a shriveled up winkie circa early 2018 for today’s workout.  Started things off with some arm and leg stretching (yes you need to stretch your arms and legs when doing an ab workout) to allow the debate on what the proper attire to get laid was to continue.  Topic quickly switched to the “originality” of YHC’s workout and the PAX began to speculate on the number of R&R.  Stopped by the Happy Place on the way to the Flag to use the ATM and smoke our arms.  A short foot race to the Flag had YHC wondering if all the moaning and complaining during Bruce Lee was more due to “Taco Thursday” than the intensity of the workout.
