Completed two rounds of each PAX rolling the 10-sided die. Series of Merkins, Burpees, Jump Knee Tucks, Tricep Dips, Bicycles, more Tricep Dips, etc.
Once the rain slowed to a sprinkle, mosey to the stairs.

Long mosey back to the flag, taking the scenic route. Approximately 3/4 mile run.

What a job by Mother Nature masking defenses, creating more audibles than even Peyton Manning could likely handle. Thankfully the rain let up enough for us to show the Crossfitters that we love working out in a light rain and don’t mind the wet ground.
It was concluded that Daisy has purchased a weighted die. A lot of Jump Knee Tucks and Tricep Dips (thankfully not Burpees….). Something to keep in mind when we travel out to start the F3 Vegas group. Nothing like taking their money and their dignity as we work them into shape. That’s assuming we don’t get buried at the blackjack tables first.
