Mosey to blocks, carry to school

20-15-10-5 reps of each exercise, run a lap around the blacktop in between sets.

Thrusters, Lawnmowers (2=1), BOB (burpees over block)

P1 does exercise, P2 run

100 Corkscrews, 150 Dirty dirty hookups, 200 Block deadlift high pull

Moleskin: YHC felt smoked off the bat (really underestimated the BOB), but appreciated PAX getting me through it. Excited for Square’s VQ on Tuesday and for going through IronPAX with this group. Never done it, but I’m really looking forward to the challenge.
