Mosey the long way to the north side of the tip/shaft area.

Thang:  Stink Bombs

Pax split up into partners. Pax 1 performed set exercise at the tip/shaft area while Pax 2 performed the “BOMBS” exercise. Once Pax 1 reached 50 reps of the set exercise the Pax switched spots. Pax continued with the set exercise until their group reached the required total number of the Bombs exercise.

  • 100 Burpees / 50 LBC’s
  • 200 Overhead Press / 50 LBAC
  • 300 Merkins / 50 SSH
  • 400 Big Boy Sit Ups / 50 Calf Raises
  • 500 Squats / 50 Flutter Kicks

Other Thang:  Jump Squats x 3 EMOM

PAX performed three Jump Squats at the start of every minute during the workout.

Mary:

  • Jump Squat Holds from 10.

Great day to be alive! Good to have Wapner join us again after being cleared by his Doctor. Jump started the workout with three jump squats and continued with them every minute on the minute until Boucher “accidentally” shut the timer off. As punishment YHC decided that a round of Jump Squat Holds from 10 would be sufficient to make up the missed Jump Squats. The Stink Bombs variation of the Bombs workout kind of sucked. No group completed the entire workout as designed but a lot of chatter about arms hurting and that big boys sucked. Stache even took out his frustration on the shrubbery. YHC called it good about half way through the big boys and started the PAX on the squats. All in all a good mid week burn for those posting today. Hopefully we are not still feeling the burn tomorrow.
