Great to see so many Kotters this morning! Brought some inspiration to the group and some extra pep to our steps- or so it seemed. Doing Doracides at the tennis courts were a little more daunting than on the basketball courts as the length seemed longer- but. Wing able to spread out was nice. No one seemed very happy about rinsing and repeating the leg blaster and stair suicide. But when did we want to start making each other happy during the workout???? Hoping discussion today about suicide awareness helps us think about our friends and families that may be struggling or seem to be “off” lately and encourages us to reach out to them. Lots of people quietly dealing with some mental health problems this year. May we all do our part in reaching out and caring for others. Great work today fellas to start the week! Hope to see some more Kotters join us this week!!!!!
