Mosey to the Stairs

The Thang:

1. 30x Merkins
2. 30x Step-Back Lunge (single count)
3. 30x Dips
4. 30x Calf Raises(w/ Overhead Clap)
5. 30x Shoulder Taps 
6.  30x Mountain Climbers
7. Run up the stairs and wind down the ramp
Repeato x4

*first round was 25 reps and then we bumped it up to 30 for the final 3 rounds.

Recover Recover!

Since we used the stairs again we had discussions of Fight For Air Climb (https://action.lung.org/site/TR?fr_id=18766&pg=entry) and how many stairs we’d have to run at The Pit to equal a climb up to the top of Salesforce Tower. hmmm. I might have to work that into a future beatdown.

The title of the workout: we 3 kittens found their way to the parking lot and were watching us work out. We were sure if someone invited them or not 🙂
