THANG:

Carry blocks to happy place. Start with Burpee Motivator x 5.

PAX partner up. 1 partner runs to light pole (30 yards), completes 3 burpees, then return run to partner. Partner is completing reps of exercise, counting up to 100 reps of each exercise.

  • Block Swings
  • Block Curls
  • Overhead Block Press
  • Block chin raises

No incentive to rush the reps of each exercise. PAX were asked to complete half burpees (burpees with the Merkin) until all PAX were completed. Shout out to Bubbilicious for gutting it out and doing the half burpees.

Alternating lunges holding block for 20 yards, hold plank until all made it to the light pole. Complete 20 Merkins OYO. Return alternating lunges 20 yards, hold Al Gore.

Lateral plank walk over the block, Merkin in between each rep. Go to exhaustion.

Return to the flag.

MOLESKIN:

I’d like to start with a sincere apology for the harshness of my words when addressing the mumble chatter this morning. Meant for it to come out as half joking, half serious. I know it didn’t sound like much of a joke and for that I am sorry.

There was no “faking it” this morning with regards to the block party. Much to the group’s dismay, Piper was not present to show us how to properly fake it. Awesome to have a large group this morning, getting well into double digits for the first time in what feels like a long time. Hope we can carry the numbers momentum going into Friday.

Shout-out to Crabby Po on the lateral plank walk up and over the blocks to exhaustion. It appeared he had some left in the tank too while the rest of us were sucking air. Wapner not far behind him either, so great to see the shoulder is holding up!

Burpee Motivator is still a fan favorite.
