Warmed up with a Maestro lap, leg and arm stretches oyo. Shoulder pretzels, grass pickers, and Motivator from 10. Mosey to the tip.
Thang: Circuit workouts, each circuit had 4 exercises. First exercise for 1 minute, 2nd for 45 seconds, 3rd for 30 seconds and 4th for 15 seconds, then back up. Each circuit was 4:45.
1st circuit was Squats, jump lunges, sumo squats and jump squats.
2nd circuit was plank, alternating shoulder taps, merkins, plank jacks.
3rd circuit was SSH, skaters, monkey humpers, burpees.
4th circuit was forward arm circles, backward arm circles, seal claps, overhead claps.
5th circuit was hundreds, LBC’s, Dolly, flutter kicks.
6th circuit was pickle pointers, big boys, heal taps, v-up roll-up.
We pretty much worked everything today. Should have felt a really good burn in the legs and arms. Hopefully the soreness won’t be to bad tomorrow. We had double digits all week, hopefully we can keep the streak alive next week. Have a great weekend.
