Was having discussion after a workout a couple of weeks ago about bringing back some of the old Qs. Decided to throw a few out there and leave it to the group. The votes came in for Circle of Pain not knowing that was a block party, leaving some to call for a re-vote. None to be had and the PAX arrived for a warmer morning workout than Monday blocks in tow. Mumble grumbling started early at the announcement of a maestro lap despite discussion of little running. News flash the maestro lap is a little running as evidenced by the fact that YHC can do it. Short warmup into the circle of pain, which certainly did not disappoint. The 90s playlist also did not disappoint except that a Bluetooth speaker should have been part of the preparation to allow for all PAX to fully enjoy the likes of Toad the Wet Sprocket, Ben Folds, and Oasis. Some PAX especially Gas Man and Maestro stood out for forearm strength on the block holds with full elbow extension. Two times through the circle was enough and a dealers choice Mary finished off a great workout with the PAX seeming to one up each other for difficulty. Always a pleasure to Q especially to bring out an old workout from the past. Keep the EHing especially a noted LEO that has been hinting at a FNG appearance for weeks.
