Recover Recover!

-Pax from Grizzly were unsure what we would do based on the #pb, but I kept my word and made it an easy and light workout. Even though the warmup had them guessing with so many SSH and Mtn. Climbers
-Pax were relatively quiet today, maybe because they were focusing on their breathing
-It felt good to stretch and take it easy after getting slaughtered with IPC last month and also due to the Growruck this weekend, YHC took it easy.
