  • Imperial Walkers IC
  • Arm Circles IC

*** The Thang ***

Grab your block and head to the Parking lot for BUMPS and BOMPS.

Round 1 (BUMPS) Do exercise listed plus previous exercises of round.

  • Block burpees x 5 OYO, carry block to end of the Parking lot
  • Upright Row w/block  x 10 OYO, carry block to end of the Parking lot
  • Merkins on your block x 15 OYO, carry block to end of the Parking lot
  • Plank Jacks on block x 20 OYO, carry block to end of the Parking lot
  • Squats with your block x 25 OYO

Round 2 (BOMPS)

  • Big Boy Sit Ups with Block x 5 OYO, carry block to end of the Parking lot
  • Overhead Press with Block x 10 OYO, carry block to end of the Parking lot
  • Merkins on your block x 15 OYO, carry block to end of the Parking lot
  • Pickle Pounder on Block x 20 OYO, carry block to end of the Parking lot
  • Swing the blocks Kettle Style with your block x 25 OYO

Round 3 (Shelter)

Grab Cindy and mosey to the shelter:

  • Block Curls x 20 OYO
  • Step-ups on the bench w/block X 10 each leg OYO
  • Dips on picnic table x 20 OYO
  • Repeat all 3 exercises and long mosey to the BB court for Mary

  • LBC x 20 IC
  • Flutter Kicks x 20 IC
  • Low Dollys x 20 IC
