Disclaimer Given, Core Principles recited

We started with a warm up of 30 SSH, 10 Imperial Walkers, 10 Windmills, 20 Seal Jacks, and 10 Weed Pickers

A short mosey to complete the circle of High Reps. This was all IC – 20 Merkins, 1 Burpee, 15 Merkins, 1 Burpee, 10 Merkins. Mosey 1/4 of the way around the circle to do 20 Squats, 1 Burpee, 15 Squats, 1 Burpee, 10 Squats. And Mosey 1/2 way around the circle avoiding the sprinklers to do 20 WWII Situps, 1 Burpee, 15 WWII Situps, 1 Burpee, 10 WWII Situps. And Finally 20 Dips, 1 Burpee, 15 Dips, 1 Burpee, 10 Dips.

We mosey’d to do my Instagram thing. This was a low plank where you took a softball sized rock, put it on your back while balancing on one arm then grabbed it with the other arm and brought it in front. It was hard, we’ll do it again.

The next mosey brought us back to the pavilion. We did HIIT with 1minute on and 30 seconds off. We cycled through 5 exercises for 10 rounds. PlankJack/SSH — Reverse Lunge with Knee Up –Burpee Breakdancer — Frogger — Speed Squat Thruster.

The Mary was 25 LBC and 25 Flutter Kicks

Moleskin: The morning started peaceful enough. The first sign of trouble the PAX saw was when we went for our 2nd round of Merkins. Q heard someone mumble they saw a pattern. The pattern sensed was accurate and unforgiving.

About half way around the circle we sensed a problem. We heard noise in the grass and our Spidey sense went off. The pavement was wet and we heard an assassin in the shadows. Then it struck, first the Q took a hit and we all ran into the line of fire. We were able to dodge some shots, but at least one PAX attempted to duck and took a shot in their face. We were covered in the carnage, it was hard to tell if it was tears or just water on our face. But, we lived to post another day. Maybe that next date the sprinklers will be shut off.

Q reminded the PAX that the HIIT routine came from a little lady/girl that made it look like no big deal. So this shouldn’t be a big deal. Layers were removed and we pushed through, 1 minute at a time.

Finally, to close us out – Q took 2 attempts at a video. Failed hard on the first one because he couldn’t remember the month. And the next one he couldn’t remember how many pax were there or that we were at Tundra. The picture by the flag was a great learning experience as he struggled with a mirror image and moving his hands in the wrong direction.

Thanks Men!
