The Thang:

We play with special deck today, it has Fibonacci numbers.

Game rules: Every card has a exercise listed, card number indicates number of reps. We play as a team, no counting the cards, player that ends up with same card beats the game and end up doing 1/2 exercises vs rest and player with lowest card score wins at the end. Simple.

Each men had opportunity to pick a card followed by mozy between each card draw which was either Zamp carry, Farmer carry, Curl carry, Back carry

Card 1: 25x Lawn mowers each arm

Card 2: 25x Lawn mowers each arm

Card 5: Bear crawl with the block

Card 6: 3x each – Curls, Shoulder Press, Dead lift, Back Press

Recover Recover!

Moleskin: Some mental exercise, Fibonaaci. What is that? Typically, starts with 0,1 and then next number is sum of 0+1 = 1, followed by sum of 1+1 = 2 and so on. Go read. What are you thinking Pickles? I had this deck sitting from a training I attended in past, it was collecting dust so thought of putting to a use. This was nerdy and not sexy at all. I have to apologize to men, I was late by 1.5 minute. No Excuse. Men hopefully had good chatter during mozy and exercise. Motorboat and Cheeseball decided to show up for Block Party. Hats off to Cheeseball, that guy is tough one legged ball of cheese… Respect! Everyone is a winner end of this game.
