Sprint to the other end and Zombie Lunge 1/2 way back

ZOMBIES 🧟‍♂️ are COMING! (or Scooby Doo portion as Dr. Porkchop observed)
RUN away from Zombies and when you come to different “obstacles” you have to do different things
Bats!- squat
SHH- Low Plank Peter parkers
Get Low- merkins
Graveyard- jump tucks over the grave markers

Spell ZOMBIE (put on scary halloween music in the background while we finished the workout)
Z-20 Merkins
O-25 burpees
M-20 burpees
B-20 LBC IC
I- 30 SSH
E- 1 Min wall sit

Mosey to the bench and do 30 Dip Cakes (dips with crab cake)
other people held plank until their turn

Little Man (or just Cornwallis) SSH x 20 single count

Dying Cockroach x 20 IC
Pole leg lifts
Freddie Mercury x 20 IC
Spell HALLOWEEN with legs

Recover Recover!

Moleskin:
-Rain pushed us into the overhang of Staples this morning, but that didn’t stop us from getting a good workout and outrunning zombies
-It was fun to do some different exercises, most with a halloween theme for fun
-Having spooky music in the background added to the atmosphere
-Dr. Porkchop said running from Zombies felt like something from Scooby Doo. Nailed it!
-Thanks for coming out this morning and not letting the rain keep you away!
