Weather: clear and chilly 45’ish degrees

4 PAX showed up for the Block Party: Mullet, Beefsteak, Springbok, Pickles (Q)

Warm up: 10x Forward Arm Circles, 10x Backward Arm Circles, 10x Weed Pickers, 10x Windmilles, Tadasana (yoga stretches)

The Thang:

Zamp walk to the playground. Men went through reps of 10 block exercises followed by block carry to next light post and back. Reps started with 20 each and then repeat with 11, followed by 4. Men switched block carry with tire flips in between there.

–Farmer Carry, Right

10. Lawn mowers (both arms)

Moleskin: It was time to sweat this morning under clear blue skies. Men did about 250 reps in total and block walks and tire flips. Amazing! Lot of fellowship and chatter. Definitely kept the distance and no hugs.
