In Q’s that surprise no one, we ran a bit today. We have a wonderful hill and we made use of it. Zamboni noted the cautious chuckle as we started off on our first mosey. We started and ended the work out as a group but split in the middle to reduce our numbers for the hill runs (Appreciate the Co-Q State).
When I saw the weather I knew we needed a run heavy workout, we’ll soon be bundled up and running becomes a little less fun. This morning was a perfect day to open up our lungs and get that heart beat up.
“When you need encouragement, think of the qualities the people around you have: this one’s energy, that one’s modesty, another’s generosity, and so on. Nothing is as encouraging as when virtues are visibly embodied in the people around us, when we’re practially showered with them. It’s good to keep this in mind.” – Marcus Aurelius
