Warm up: SSH 25 IC, windmill 15 IC

On your six – up and overs, scorpions

Walking RDL, walking weekpickers, side lunges, knee hugs, walking quad stretch

Mosey to school, get blocks, carry to kickball diamond

Start at the pitchers mound – thrusters in the middle, different exercise at the bases each round (death star style)

1 thruster, run to base, 5 roll ups, run back

2 thrusters, zamp to base, 10 lawn mowers, zamp back

3 thrusters, bear crawl, 15 merkins, crawl bear

4 thrusters, backpedal, 20 lunges, run back

To benches

EMOM for 5 minutes – 5 single leg squats each leg, 5 decline merkins

Mosey back

Mary: Captain America multiples – start at 1-4, 2-8, 3-12, etc for 3 minutes

Moleskin: Thanks for EZ for sending a couple pax to get us to our normal 4. Q was a little stiff today so the workout was longer than normal and YHC was flattered when brickyard asked if I made up some of the warm up exercises, but they were not original, just stolen.
