Perfect weather this morning. Usual EZ PAX joined together on time for the workout. Pretty constant movement so mumble chatter was at a minimum. There were some grumbles that Merkins were listed first and that it was clear to the PAX that the Q’s hand tendonitis had healed quite nicely. Always the optimist, @beefsteak commented that it would have been worse if Burpies were listed as first exercise.
The Q at the beginning stated that the workout would be You vs. You. That being said, after a slow start, @beefsteak lead all PAX in rep count gaining well over the 270 reps needed to rule The Big EZ in perpetuity. It isn’t all about rep numbers though. Proper form is as or more important than rep count. @beefsteak did have the best form though too. We can all learn from such a HIM.
The only announcement was regarding the convergence workout at Lions Park in Zionsville Saturday 11/14/2020 (can’t remember time).
We prayed for @Clancy whose mother is in ICU. We prayed for our country. We prayed for F3 and all that it brings us. Always an honor. Aye!
