5 pullups, 10 Merkins, and 15 air squats : Rinse and repeat with a goal of 20 rounds.

Moleskin: Q was given some flack for being boring, but the Murph training is the best way for results. In the end, a group that was shooting flack did achieve 20 rounds, Good Job Men! By the way an original Q is coming, and will not disappoint. Special prayers to Boucher, hope he can find his sombrero.
