Warm-up: SSH, Abe Vagotas, Weed Pickers, Arm Circles

Thang

Mosey to the wall for Dips and Step-ups

Mosey to the upper lot for Suicides followed by Burpee Suicides

Mosey to the lower lot for the Death Star: Center was 10x Burpees. Bear crawl out, perform exercise, bear crawl back, 10x Burpees. Repeat going to next exercise. Exercises were 20 Imperial Walkers (4ct), 20 Lunges (2=1), 20 Kick throughs (2=1), 20 Merkins, 20 Carolina Dry Docks

Mary: LBCs, Nolan Ryans, Supermans, Flutters

Moleskin: Sarge was not convinced that the Dips and Step-ups were part of the warm-up, so included in the Thang. It was a good refresher on how to structure a workout, even though YHC doesn’t like hearing himself talk this much. Looking forward to the Convergence on Saturday morning.
