Amazing weather for this beatdown. YHC may have mixed up a couple of the above exercises. A couple were skipped on account of the 2.0 FNG. It involved a Gorilla if you want to look it up. Q was threatened by Bubblebath. Something about not wanting to run much. Sorry, not sorry. We kept moving between exercises with some Mosey. Biscuit was clearly underworked as each Mosey he was well ahead of the Q and he had to be held back. It went something like this, “Woah Biscuit!” Not sure if he was a horse or a dog. Each exercise reps were defined by a PAX choosing high or low based on the card on my i-cards. Yep, there is an app that moves to a new card each tap of the screen. (icardeck). Some PAX wanted extra and purposely picked incorrectly to get pushed. Iron sharpens iron…it was well loved by all. Especially Faceoff who begged for 60 Merkins. Q is just here to please the audience. Although throughout, there may have been a feel of simple, this Q was beat. As noted by Chirp Chirp reminding me that my own beatdown beat me down.
