Spaced out on a curb – 10 Dry Docks, 20 Peter Parkers, 30 Dips, 40 Shoulder Taps, 50 Mountain Climbers, then back down.
Fire Drill – Pax in a circle, each Pax says down one at a time going around the circle. Everyone drops, rolls over, merkin, rolls back over, merkin, and gets up.
Group slowsy through the woods – stopped to do a plank Indian run. Stopped again for flutters x52 IC.
11’s Merkins and Squats: Bear crawl out and lunge back.
Moleskin: Several Pax came in hot due to Michigan/116 intersection shutting down for pavement work right before 0700. Was great to see everyone out this morning and mubblechatter was running high. Laugher commenced during warm-up after YHC asked Nomad to lead Hillbilly Walkers. YHC falsely assumed that Nomad would know what those were. Tulip reminded everyone of the Westfield football regionals victory during the Fire Drill, though some did not concede that outcome and demanding a recount. Fire Drill left everyone tenderized and ready for the grill. YHC’s highlight of the beatdown was Maize leading flutter kicks in the woods, thanks for that. Brickyard was shedding clothes during the 11’s like he was practicing for the club, but we called it before he got down to his skivvies. Unsung hero this morning was Snaphook for picking up the Panera order before the workout this morning. Looking forward for the next convergence at Grizzly on 1/1/21. Thanks for the opportunity men!
