Thang: Run a circle (about 0.4 miles), then do 5 of each exercise: Merkins, Gas Pumps(4ct), Imperial Walkers(4ct). Rinse and repeat, increasing by 5 count each time. We made it to 30 count.

Moleskin: A bit windy out there this morning. Springbok questioned if these high intensity workouts are really better than longer lower intense. They just are alright, I have no idea why. Mullet is pitching doing a “Fun Run” once a month. I love the idea, similar to a heavy run PT test. Really enjoy these workouts. Thanks for the opportunity men!
