- L – La La Leggy (20 Squats, 20 Lunges, 20 Drop Lunges, 20 Squat Jumps, 20 Calf Raises)
- E – Elevens: Hand Release Merkins/Dips

PAX completed three ab exercises set to the tune of Gobble Gobble by Matthew West. Started with a Hollow Body Hold during the slower intro to the song. Switched to LBC’s at Gobble Gobble then Flutter Kicks at “Oh my my” and back to the LBC’s at the “straw in the gravy boat”. LBC’s until “Oh my my” then Flutter Kicks again until the Gobble Gobble. Tried to complete two rounds but we ran out of time.
Rain mostly held off this morning but PAX stayed in the shelter for today’s workout. YHC should have added in a 10-29 run or a stair lap to break up the elevens. Maybe next time. Hopefully the HRM helped to perk up the PAX for a day of overeating tomorrow! Passed the Park Boys trying to light the tunnel of lights on the way back to the flag which means frolicking in the park is coming! Hopefully the lights will improve their sprits enough to respond back to a “good morning!”
