Thang: Ladders…Zamp carry to top of the hill; first ladder 8-count man makers…start with 1, 5 sec rest, then 2, 5 sec rest, then 3, etc. up to 10
Zamp carry down the hill for second ladder: curls IC, same structure
Squat throws in the grass to get the blocks back up the hill for third ladder: dips IC, same structure
Zamp carry back down the hill for fourth ladder: goblet squats, same structure
Squat throws in the grass to get the blocks back up the hill
Sled pushes using block to each crosswalk, stopping for 10 overhead presses x5 sets
