Warmup:

Side straddle hops x 20 (IC), Weed pickers x 20 (IC), Imperial walkers x 20 (IC)

Thang:

Mosey around loop (about 400m) then draw 4 cards from the workout deck then do exercises from said cards (OYO). Burpees x 5 when car speeds through parking lot to bypass the stoplight (happened only once today).

Round 1: Oblique crunch x 15 each side, Diamond merkin x 50, Lunge x 26, LBC x 25

Round 2: Hand release merkin x 25, Arm circles x 100, Butt kicks x 25, Flutter kicks x 100

Round 3: Calf raise x 100, SSH x 100, High, slow flutter kick x 25, Squat thrust x 100

Round 4: High knee x 25 each knee, Low, slow squat x 25, Merkin x 25, Burpee x 10

Mary:

LBC x20 (IC), Flutter kicks x20 (IC), Pretzel crunch x 10 each side (IC), Recover, Recover

Moleskin:

Light turnout as expected for 11/27/2020. Workout deck of cards were used to guide the workout today for maximum laziness in regard to workout prep but the cards pushed the pax to maximum exhaustion. Mumble chatter was ample and it was nice to get to know Ace better. All 3 F’s were advanced today as we ended in COT with prayers for Ace’s new baby nephew and baby neighbor. AYE!
