Moleskin: The morning was dark and cold, but YHC was determined to warm up the Pax quickly so we jumped into action which included motivators (yeah yeah not a warm up as Maize would explain to us, but it did, indeed, warm us up! We headed over to the basketball court and the workout began. I offered up two options and Cosmo chose to work up, not down so we began our journey to 500 reps! Spaceballs had to leave early but still felt it! Q-drenaline definitely got the best of YHC. Love you guys!
