Weather: Chilly 36’ish degrees

5 PAX showed up for the Block Party: Ace, Mullet, Beefsteak, McStuffins, Pickles (Q)

Welcome w/core principles: free, open to all men, peer lead, outside rain or shine, and end in COT!

Warm up: 35x Side Straddle Hops, 25x Weed Pickers,10x Forward Arm Circles , 15x Backward Arm Circles

The Thang:

Slowzy to the exercise station. Start with 20 reps of 1st exercise OYO followed by Sprint to other end of parking lot. Drop and give 5 burpees and Mozy back to exercise station. 20 reps of next exercise listed below, sprint, burpees, Mozy. Keep going down the exercise list. Done with 8 exercises, Rinse & Repeat. Easy!

  6. Jumps
  7. Mountain Climbers
  8. Dips

Moleskin: Chilly morning. After few burpees in, it was time to loose a layer. Avg. Burpee count per men ~80, about 40 reps (2 rounds) of each exercise on board, not to forget sprint distance covered (Oops don’t have mileage). Don’t forget the Mary, men loved the block so much that they continued to carry it while on their six.
