Thang:
Mosey to the school soccer field for Kan Jam beatdown.
Each person will take two throws in a round. They will try to hit the first can from 50′ away. The entire group does the exercises below based on the result. Then that same person throws at the second can and repeats the exercises based on hit or miss. If someone get’s it in the slot, no exercises for that can.

Round 1:
Miss- Everyone crab walk around the can and back and then do 5 8-count Body Builders
Hit- Everyone run around the can and then do 5 squats

Round 2:
Miss- lunge around the can and do 10 burpees
Hit- Run around the can and do 10 Monkey Humpers

Round 3:
Miss- bear crawl + 15 merkins
Hit- Run + 15 squats

Round 4:
Miss- Lunge + 20 Flutter (2=1)
Hit- Run + 20 LBC’s

Recover Recover!

Moleskin:
-It was great having Kitty join us at the Pit and made for an opportunity for YHC to call an audible at the end and play a round of Kan Jam
-Porkchop is fighting hard for the “Coming in Hot” award for the 2nd year in a row as he arrived after 2 exercises of warmup
-This definitely put pressure of the guy throwing the disc because he didn’t want to make everyone else do the worse of the two exercises. YHC choked plenty of times and eventually blamed it on the gloves, but even without gloves he still continued to miss.
-Porkchop put one right through the slot which was amazing!! YHC didn’t know what to do as he’d never seen that done!
-Then Kitty threw one in through the top!
-But YHC and Square came away with the Kan Jam game as winners thanks to a bust by Kitty and Pork.
-It was fun to do something different, have a little team encouragement, and feel some pressure throwing a disc.
