2: Finkle Swing Kicks x 20 IC, Alternating shoulder taps x 20 IC, Travoltas x 20 each IC, Eccentric step down x 10 IC each side

3: Donkey Kicks x 20 OYO, Apollo Ohno x 20 OYO 2=1, Toe touches x 20 (we’re not worthy’s), Eccentric Merkins x 15 IC

4: Rockey Balboas (Kick the curb) x 50 IC, Alternating lunges x 25 each OYO, Tuck jumps x 50 OYO, Eccentric side lunge x 20 each IC

Mary:

Moleskin:

YHC came in warm from the hospital which is the first time he’s had to do that. Don’t worry, I am a professional at that and didn’t leave any 6. Great time celebrating Kate’s birthday with a themed BD. Ample mumble chatter. Had a serious but brief COT. Prayers for Butterfly’s mother, for Beefsteak’s parents, for the ailing Veterans of Indiana, for F3 which continues to provide me with the strength it takes to press on with vigor. Aye!
